Costs

  • Deliveries that  are not  in a remote areas (as defined by Parcelforce) will be charged at £7.80 for standard delivery.
  • Deliveries that  are  in remote areas (as defined by Parcelforce) will be charged as follows:
    Scottish Islands £30.00 carriage  fee
    Highlands of Scotland £21.60 carriage fee
    Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly £33.60
    Channel Islands £42 carriage fee
  • For new account customers in mainland UK we will offer free of charge carriage on your first shipment. For remote areas as defined by Parcelforce we will offer a £7.80 discount.

Delivery Time

  • 3 to 5 business days after receipt of order is UV Water Filter’s official quoted delivery time. We will generally aim to deliver your  UV equipment faster than this.
  • Standard orders are dispatched on a next day Parcelforce service (remote locations may not be next day).
  • We retain the right to send items via Royal Mail when appropriate.
